Frank Stephenson Design has revealed its second collaboration with Bovensiepen, supporting the design development of the new Bovensiepen Spider.The new open-top model follows the recently unveiled Bovensiepen 05 GT and continues the design relationship established during that project. While the two cars are intended to have distinct personalities, the Spider carries forward the same emphasis on proportion, presence, surface treatment, and the balance between performance and refinement.

Rather than simply translating the 05 GT into another body style, the design team approached the Spider as a separate challenge. Euan McPherson, Design Team Lead at Frank Stephenson Design, explained that the existing relationship between the two teams provided a foundation, but the new car required its own visual solution.
