frankstephenson design has revealed its continued collaboration with Bovensiepen, supporting the design development of the new Bovensiepen Spider.
Following the successful collaboration on the Bovensiepen 05 GT, the new Spider represents the second project between the two companies and a natural continuation of the creative relationship established through the first programme.
While the two vehicles have their own distinct character, the Spider reflects a number of the design principles that underpinned the 05 GT, with a focus on proportion, presence, surface treatment and a carefully considered balance between performance and refinement.
For frankstephenson design, the second commission represents more than a continuation of the relationship. It is a reflection of the confidence established between the two teams and the ability to translate an established creative understanding into a new vehicle and a new design challenge.
