Linda co-founded frankstephenson Design based on the ambition to create a design consultancy that would drive cross industry innovation on a global scale. Linda has built a global workforce which allows access to top talent regardless of location whilst retaining creativity, the ease of collaboration and a business culture of excellence.

Harry brings a variety of business experience across a 12 year career to date, highlights of which include working for the UK’s largest BPO consultancy and founding a successful recruitment consultancy in the Middle East that resulted in year on year growth. This was achieved with a natural entrepreneurial flair, a strong work ethic and a passion for seeking and developing commercial partnerships.
Harry is currently responsible for seeking opportunities to apply design expertise to a range of cross industry projects that will enhance, disrupt and change a variety of industries in the near future. He is excited by collaboration and is always looking for discussions about how we can to solve real world business problems, today.

A seasoned business professional with experience across a range of industries globally, in strategic and operational management. Gaye is considered a safe pair of hands who guides and supports the FSD Team to achieve exceptional performance.

Educated at the Glasgow School of Art, University of Glasgow, and Scuola Politecnica di Design Milano, with degrees in both design and engineering, Euan is able to bridge the gap between the two disciplines to create cohesive and effective designs. He is adept at facilitating collaboration and communication between designers, engineers, and other stakeholders, enabling teams to work together effectively and efficiently to achieve their goals.
Euan’s work focuses on creating innovative and functional designs that push the boundaries of what is possible. He is a skilled problem-solver and excels at finding creative solutions to complex challenges. He is passionate about creating designs that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly. He is particularly interested in exploring the intersection of design and technology, and is constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the field.

Sajay started his design career as an architect who believed in the purist definition of architecture as the “design of space.” Fascinated with automobiles since childhood, Sajay went on to pursue his Masters in Car Design from SPD Milano, where he was part of projects in association with Lamborghini and Ducati, and later completed an internship at Jeep. He was able to develop a strong technique and passion for interdisciplinary design, enhanced through his experiences.
Sajay is presently utilising the experiences to involve in cross-industrial design through new challenges. His role is to produce design solutions for an ever-changing world, through new dimensions of transportation and industrial design. He looks forward to working with individuals from all walks of the field of design through collaborations and future-oriented projects.

David started his journey in design at the Universidad de la Coruña, where he pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and Product Development. During this period, he became interested in the automotive sector, where he found the perfect balance between art and engineering. Therefore, David decided to further his studies by pursuing a Master’s degree in Vehicle Design at the Royal College of Art in London.
David joined SEAT/Cupra in Barcelona as an interior designer, where he was involved in various intense projects aimed at creating a new brand identity for Cupra. He contributed to the design of several models, including the Cupra Leon, Cupra Tavascan, Cupra UrbanRebel, and more. Throughout these projects, David was able to significantly develop his technical and design skills.
Before joining frankstephenson Design, David spent a year at Scania in Stockholm, where he helped create future interior concepts for the next generation of trucks.
David’s core focus is on creating new and innovative design ideas by studying current products, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing cutting-edge concepts that surprise you upon viewing. Additionally, he is interested in understanding how the continuous changes in our society could impact design and how this could shape the development of new generation of products.

Julie’s career spans many years providing business support and solutions to a diverse range of companies, from Executive Search, Finance, Retail, Education and now Design, in senior administrative positions. She is very diligent and efficient in her work, tackles problems head on and can navigate through administrative issues with great ease and professionalism.
Julie understands how a business is run and the complexities involved and, thus, is tasked with supporting the FSD team to ensure that the back office runs smoothly. She’s dependable and persistent in her approach and enjoys building strong relationships with all around her.
